Seizure of evidence in Federal Case Pending?

I have filed a federal lawsuit against a judge. In the meantime, part of what would have been evidence, on a computer, has been altered. If the courts have not yet agreed to hear the suit, but proof of the alteration of that evidence may still be on that hard drive, how can I get a seizure order for the prevention of the distruction of evidence?Seizure of evidence in Federal Case Pending?
Its actually extremely hard to destroy evidence on a computer. If there are alterations to any type of computer based evidence (videos, pictures, word documents, internet history) a Forensic Scientist can find these alterations. The person in question would have to destroy the computer.Seizure of evidence in Federal Case Pending?
If you want an injunction prohibiting someone from doing something, you file a civil suit seeking the injunction. If you are asking that potential evidence in police custody be returned to you, the only grounds for that is illegal seizure of the evidence.
