I would like to know if there is a free data base which allows you to look up court case details. I know the State of Wisconsin has one, but just wondering.Does anyone know how to get access to Federal Court cases in Wisconsin?
See the link below to the Cornell law school for cases already decided. It is free.
For information on cases pending you can use the Pacer system of the federal courts. See the second link. There is a modest charge for it.Does anyone know how to get access to Federal Court cases in Wisconsin?
Hi the best one I know of is ';wiccap';
wcca.wicourts.gov n is the web site. I found this years ago when I was trying to find out more about a man I was dating. An officer of the family had suggested it.
I believe that after a while they become public knowledge unless it is an ongoing case. Also Write your congressman and they should be able to direct you. Better yet call them.
Check out Cornell Law School on line, and look around. They have a great database of stuff.
