A Federal Court Case where police beat up girl in hand cuffs?

Im looking for anyone who had heard or knows 411 on a pending case in Seattle,WA., where a deputy beat up a female while she was in hand cuffs. This happened to me in Tacoma and need some good advice/ 411.A Federal Court Case where police beat up girl in hand cuffs?
My good advice is to photographically document any damage. Contact the Internal Affairs Division of that department and file a complaint. Get a free consult from a civil attorney to see if you have a case in that area..A Federal Court Case where police beat up girl in hand cuffs?
If this happened to you, you need to consult an attorney. Generally speaking, police should not hit someone in handcuffs. However, if someone is violently resisting, kicking, spiting, etc, something needs to be done. I don't think any law enforcement officer is going to ';beat up'; someone even if they are violent. They use necessary force to bring the suspect under control. You may not agree with the level of force used, but it is not for you to decide.
