I have a situation in which my civil rights case was deemed a qualifying Title VII Discrimination case and was illegally dumped before settlement could be finalized, it was dumped under false circumstances and I have not been successful in attempting to get it reopened. I posed this question previously and received 2 answers. One was the ACLU which I contacted and was told they would not be able to take my case because they did not initially handle it, and the other answer was to contact the media, which has also been a problem because I cannot seem to get a response. I believe the problem is this civil action was against the Internal Revenue Service. Please Help ASAP. Thanks. How can I get the Washington Post to cover abuse in Federal Civil Rights cases?
without knowing specifics it's hard to answer
