Violations of Federal statutes and civil case (lawsuits) which fall within the spectrum of federal jurisdiction. They pretty much have the same kind of duties as a state district judge, but at the federal level.What kinds of cases do Federal Judges handle?
There are many types of federal judges. all handle cases where either the parties are from separate states and the amount is more than 75000 or any case arising from the constitution or federal statues. Also any case against any component of the federal government.
