What types of cases do the federal courts handle?

the answer is supposed to be in the constitution, but i cant find it, help? What types of cases do the federal courts handle?
There are two types:

1. federal question jurisdiction

2. diversity jurisdiction

Federal question jurisdiction matters typically arise out of federal laws, such as bankruptcy, Bill of Rights, etc. Keep in mind that some these questions can also be settled by state courts.

Diversity jurisdictions matters arise when plaintiff and defendant are from two different states, and the defendant is afraid that he will not get a fair trial in the state court.
