My community is trying to stop an Open Cut Mine for Gravel in a Highly residential area. This site is located in the middle of a federally declared Superfund Site. There is massive lead contamination, along with arsenic, and cadmium in our soil. A smelter was once in our community and now they are involved with the reclamation. We are searching for any federal cases for the stopping of this permit for the mine. Any ideas?Does anyone know of any Federal Court cases involving a Superfund Site?
Go to lawresearch.com and they will have all of the cases that are available on the matter, it is a free site and may provide you with the info you seek, you can also type the word Superfund into your search bar at the top of your answers page and there is a wealth of info available to you, Good Luck.~
