If you could just present a list of as many cases as you know of in which evidence was excluded in either federal cases or state cases. For example, SoAndSo v. SoAndSo, thanksWhat cases have excluded evidence on the federal and/or state level?
Try asking about cases where no evidence has been excluded. I bet the list is shorter. If you stated why you want the information, someone could probably be more helpful. I can't, but someone probably can. What cases have excluded evidence on the federal and/or state level?
Evidence is excluded in just about every case. If you are looking for cites, then that means the opinion is published and hence becomes law. Those decisions, unless the issue itself is admissibility of evidence, won't mention that which is excluded.
If you want help, like the other dude said, you need to narrow your question. Civil or criminal law? what kind of evidence? Testimony--based on competence or hearsay? Physical evidence--chain of command or prejudicial? Relevence of exhibits? Prior bad acts? etc, etc
Use Smith v. Smith, Jones v Jones, and Brown v Brown.
There are so many cases that have excluded evidence that your teacher won't know if you made them up.
If your that lazy to look for the answer, pick a different paper topic.
