If an innocent defendant is being maliciously prosecuted as part of a cover-up in connection with a corrupt Federal investigation that involves high ranking officials and corruption. And the Public defenders for the defendants are obviously being manipulated by the prosecutor.
Can the defendant contact the FBI at a Federal level and request a special attorney be sent to represent them?
What department of the FBI would need to be contacted to report specific acts of corruption? Will the FBI Provide special attorney's for Federal cases ?
Nope you better have money if you go up against the state. Will the FBI Provide special attorney's for Federal cases ?
The FBI has no authority to provide attorneys to criminal defendants.
The court (federal or state) will provide an attorney to an indigent defendant.
To report a federal crime, contact the local FBI office.
