Will vick faces charges and a potential time from the state as well or just the federal case?

i heard that the state sentence would be a lot longer than the 5 year max from the feds. with that said..shouldnt he be tried by the state since its harsher punishment? i mean the sick bastard deserves it. id like to see him thrown into a ring with a pitbull and taken out back for a beating after he loses. sick piece of ****. hopefully the state does make a case too for a longer sentence.Will vick faces charges and a potential time from the state as well or just the federal case?
Totally agree with you. They will probably charge on federal. And I think it's sick how some of the fans are still following him, and how some people are making this racial. White, black, yellow, brown, blue, pink...ANIMAL ABUSERS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE. I am proud of the NFL for not selling his merchandise, too. I love that. I would love to see him fight a Pit Bull, too. If he doesn't get more than the NBA ref that is in trouble, I won't know what to think. I will just maybe go after him myself. I dunno. I mean it was just recreational illegal gambling and animal slaughter. (Likened to recent stars being lumped into recreational drug users who don't diserve jail time) Who knows?





But if he gets a steeper punishment everyone will say it's because he's black. I'm really kinda curious to see how everyone reacts to what will happen.





Remember, right now no one is really on his side, telling the public that they should lay off. I'm sure this will change as the story plays out.





I predict he'll be playing ball 13ish months after his sentence/probation wears out.





and no, its a federal crime. And they couldn't charge him for the same thing at state level.
