Federal cases in illinois?

Is there a website that I could look up federal cases? (For Rock Island Illinois) If you are familiar with judici.com you can type in the name of the person you looking for and see the information. Is there something like that for federal courts?Federal cases in illinois?
Yes.

The federal courts all use a system known as PACER. Go to the US District Court website for whichever federal district of Illinois Rock Island is in (it's usually something like the Southern or Eastern or Northern, etc.) - if you can't figure it out, call the local courthouse and ask.

When you're on the website, you'll see a link for electronic filing, or ECF. Follow that link to the PACER login screen.

You'll need to create a PACER account, and there is a small fee (eight cents per page) to view documents.Federal cases in illinois?
